All design work and construction management is done ‘in house’ by the expatriate manager. You deal with only one person, who oversees the entire project from start to finish, which means any changes can be made quickly and easily. Whether you want to alter our standard designs or you have your own design in mind, the design and customization process is part of our service and included in the price.

We will also assist you with the legal and other considerations as required (and we can recommend some good restaurants too!). Our projects have been featured in several publications that cover homes and property in Phuket and Asia.
